Authorities in Texas are investigating an incident in which three bystanders were injured as police shot and killed a man who pointed a firearm at them in an Austin entertainment district. The suspect had been alerted to police by an employee at a bar on Sixth Street, and when officers approached him, he brandished a firearm at them and bar patrons.
