Retired American couple, Judy and Mike McNamara, are embarking on a unique adventure to visit and dine at every Texas Roadhouse location in the United States. The couple, who have been married for 52 years, have visited over 400 locations in the last six years and aim to visit all of the roughly 650 locations.
The McNamaras take two road trips each year in their camper to explore new Texas Roadhouse locations across the country. While they also visit national parks and museums, their main focus is on dining at the popular American cuisine chain.
Mike McNamara explained that they fell in love with Texas Roadhouse in 2003 and keep coming back due to the delicious food and family-like atmosphere at each restaurant. Their favorite orders include the six-ounce sirloin and a salad with a baked potato.
Despite the close proximity of a Texas Roadhouse to their home, the McNamaras only visit a few times a month when they are not on their road trips. This year, they plan to visit 80 new locations, bringing their total to just over 500.
The couple’s dedication to their goal has garnered attention, with Fox News Digital reaching out to Texas Roadhouse for comment. Ultimately, the McNamaras’ unique quest showcases their love for adventure and good food, making them a truly inspiring duo in the world of travel and dining.
