The Virginia Tourism Corporation has launched the third season of its “My Home Virginia” series, highlighting local athletes in the state. The new season features Keira D’Amato, a world-champion marathon runner from Richmond, Jon Lugbill, a former watersport world champion shaping his hometown’s sports scene, and Nicola Cranmer, coach of the U.S. Women’s Cycling team and a new Roanoke resident. The series follows these personalities to the places they love and call home, showcasing Virginia’s beauty and diversity. “My Home Virginia” is a part of VTC’s marketing efforts to promote Virginia as a premier travel destination.
