Woodbridge driver, Michael Rambudhan, is facing a DUI manslaughter charge following a fatal pedestrian crash in Huntington, Fairfax County. The incident occurred on May 24 at North Kings Highway and Huntington Park Drive, resulting in the death of pedestrian Lucius Gaskins. Rambudhan’s vehicle, a 2023 Acura MDX, veered off the road, striking a median, the pedestrian on the sidewalk, and finally a tree. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and has since been held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on a $25,000 bond after being arrested. Prior charges include driving while intoxicated and refusal of a breath/blood test.
