Patsy Cline, a country music legend whose hits include “Crazy” and “I Fall to Pieces,” was born in Winchester, Virginia, but called West Virginia home for much of her life. Don Knotts, known for his role as Barney Fife on “The Andy Griffith Show” and his many comedic film roles, was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia.
