Foster previously served as Acting Executive Director and Campaigns Director, where he led the Caucus to flipping the House of Delegates from red to blue.
Foster’s experience includes managing successful campaigns for Congressman Chris Pappas and Delegate Rodney Willett, as well as working on State Senator Jennifer Wexton’s campaign for Congress. His expertise in campaign management, fundraising, media strategy, and consultant coordination make him a valuable asset to the Caucus.
