“December Commencement Celebrates VCU’s Newest Graduates” – VCU News


Virginia Commonwealth University will be holding its December commencement ceremony on Saturday at the Stuart C. Siegel Center. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. and will be followed by various in-person graduation ceremonies at the department, school, and college levels. More than 2,300 August and December graduates, including over 1,600 earning baccalaureate degrees, will be honored during the ceremonies. The keynote address will be delivered by Chris Tsui, a VCU alum and founder of EAT Restaurant Partners.

Guests can watch the universitywide commencement broadcast on vcu.edu and find more information about commencement on the university’s website. Media credentials are required for access to the floor of the Siegel Center and can be obtained at the VCU Public Relations office or picked up at the Siegel Center on the day of the event. Reserved parking for media is available at the Bowe Street Parking Deck.
