Virginia National Guard Celebrates Excellence at Annual Military Ball

Shaquan Williams of the 192nd Security Forces Squadron was named the Virginia Air National Guard Outstanding Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. Master Sgt. Grace Salcedo of the same squadron received the Outstanding Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year award. Master Sgt.
