Virginia Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure Incidents
ARLINGTON, Va. – Ivan Fontana, a 37-year-old resident of Arlington, has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents reported on May 31. These events have raised significant concern among local residents, particularly due to the nature of one incident involving a female victim and two children.
Fontana faces three counts of indecent exposure, along with charges of sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child. According to police reports, the incidents predominantly occurred in the afternoon and evening hours, during which Fontana allegedly exposed himself to female pedestrians on multiple occasions and subsequently fled the scenes.
In a particularly alarming incident, he reportedly approached a woman walking with two children, where he not only exposed himself but also touched her inappropriately before escaping, adding severity to the charges against him.
